Phase 1 and Phase 2 complete. Health plan integrations in progress.
Peroya has completed all Phase 1 and Phase 2 features. The backend service is live at api.peroya.app, processing clinical data and prior authorization information in compliance with federal interoperability regulations. The app is approaching TestFlight submission, pending final production API approvals from health plans. Payer integrations are actively progressing: test connections are established across multiple major health plans serving both Puerto Rico and the US mainland, including UnitedHealth, Elevance Health, Cigna, Humana, MMM, MCS, and First Medical. Peroya continues reaching out to additional plans each week on behalf of its future members. Join the waitlist to be notified when Peroya launches.
Expanding health plan connections
We continue to make progress on technical connections with health plans serving Puerto Rico and patients across the US market. Several of these connections are now active in sandbox testing, and we continue reaching out to additional plans each week. We also added new information to the homepage about what prior authorization means and why a denial is not the final answer. Join the waitlist to be notified when Peroya launches. First health plan connections established
We have registered developer sandbox connections with MMM Healthcare, MMM Multi Health (Plan Vital), First Medical, and CMS Blue Button 2.0. Testing is underway. See our Plan Connections page for current status.
Peroya is in development
We are building Peroya to give patients in Puerto Rico and across the US clear, accessible access to their own health records. Federal rules already guarantee this right. We are building the tool that makes it real. Join the waitlist to be notified when we launch.
